Ear Acupuncture

AcuDetox & Auriculotherapy

A gentle, evidence-informed ear acupuncture approach designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Using the 5-Point AcuDetox Protocol, small sterile acupuncture needles are placed at specific points on each ear and typically retained for 20–40 minutes while you rest. For those who prefer a non-needle approach, ear seeds or therapeutic magnets can be applied to auricular points instead.

As a POCA Certified AcuDetox Specialist with experience in clinical detoxification and crisis settings, I provide sessions within a trauma-informed framework—at your pace, with your consent, and with non-needle alternatives available.

Non-Needle Auricular Support

For children, needle-sensitive clients, or anyone who simply prefers a non-needle option, ear seeds and therapeutic magnets can be placed on selected ear points without penetrating the skin. They may remain in place for several days, allowing gentle stimulation between sessions.

Auriculotherapy

Beyond the traditional 5-point protocol, auriculotherapy uses a broader map of points on the outer ear. Points can be selected according to individual needs, including relaxation, sleep, discomfort, cravings, digestion, and emotional well-being.

Addiction & Recovery Support

AcuDetox has a long history of use in behavioral health, detoxification, and recovery settings. It can be incorporated alongside clinical treatment and recovery programs to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and management of cravings and withdrawal-related discomfort.

Group AcuDetox & Sound Healing

Group sessions combine AcuDetox with crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound, creating an immersive experience supporting deep rest, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

Sessions are available for recovery programs, treatment centers, first responders, healthcare professionals, organizations, and private groups.
